Try any care plan for 30 days. If you decide it isn't worth it, email or text and say so. We refund that month's plan fee — no forms, no exit interview, no "let me transfer you to retention."
To be straight with you about the one limit: the guarantee covers the plan fee. If we completed change requests or project work for you during those 30 days, that work is billed at our standard rate and comes out of the refund. We'll send you the itemized list before we charge a cent, and if you'd rather we just didn't do the work until you're sure, say so and we'll wait.
Either way you leave with everything: a full copy of your site, your domain transferred into your own name, and every login we hold. We don't hold your business hostage to keep you as a customer. If we're not earning $99 a month, you shouldn't be paying it.

FAQ
Website care plans cost $99/mo for The Essentials, $199/mo for The Growth Plan, and $699/mo for The Enterprise Plan. Pay for the year on Essentials, Growth, or Enterprise and two months are free — $990, $1,990, and $6,990 a year. Hosting is included in every one of those — it is not a separate line item and there is no setup fee.
Enterprise used to be $449. It's $699 for new clients now. If you were already on it, you keep the rate you signed up at — we don't reprice out from under people.
Above those there's AI Visibility at $799/mo: everything in Enterprise, plus a monthly report on whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews name you when someone asks for your trade in your town, your share of voice against three named local competitors, schema markup built and maintained, ongoing review generation, and content written to be cited by AI.
If you need a site built from scratch, that's a one-time $499 and it covers up to 8 pages — homepage, service pages, about, contact — with two rounds of revisions, your domain, and hosting configured. Additional pages are $149 each. If you'd rather we write the copy than send it to us, that's $99 a page. An online store, booking or scheduling, multiple locations, or member logins get quoted separately, and we tell you the number before anything starts.
It's split in two: 40% up front before the build starts, and the remaining 60% when the build is complete — you see the finished site before you pay the balance. The deposit is refundable until we begin building, or 14 days, whichever comes first. We usually start within a few days, so if you change your mind, say so early and you get it back in full.
One exception worth knowing about: if you prepay a year of Growth, Enterprise, or AI Visibility, we build the site for free. Annual Essentials gets it at half price. It's not a limited-time thing — it's just that a client who's committed for a year is worth more to us than a build fee is.
The one condition: if you cancel inside the first 30 days, the build fee we waived becomes due. Everything we built is still yours either way.

No — you don't move your website yourself; Digital Maintenance rebuilds it and points your domain at the new version. Your care plan includes a fresh, hand-built static version of your site, hosted with us, instead of us babysitting someone else's aging build. We handle all of it: we pull your current content, rebuild the site, and point your domain at the new one. You don't need to dig up old hosting logins or passwords — if they're long gone, we work around it.
Your website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, served from whichever of their data centers is closest to whoever's loading it, which is a large part of why it loads as fast as it does. We hold the account and the bill, so there's no separate control panel and no second password to remember. If you ever leave, we hand you the files and help you point your domain wherever you want.
No — hosting is included in your care plan, so once you're on a plan you cancel that old hosting bill and stop paying twice. Small-business hosting typically runs $25–$40 a month — often for a control panel you never log into — plus a domain renewal you forgot about. That comes off your books the day we migrate.
On the Growth plan, most change requests are done within one business day and always within two. Enterprise is same or next business day, top of the queue. Most land the same afternoon. If your site is down, monitoring alerts us before you notice and we're on it immediately, any hour, on every plan. Not just the expensive one.

You can leave at any time — there's no contract and no notice period. Within 30 days of signing up, the 30-Day Walk-Away Guarantee refunds that month's plan fee — less any change requests or project work we actually delivered during the window, itemized before we charge anything.

Yes — work is metered in 30-minute change requests. Anything we can finish in half an hour — swapping a photo, updating your hours, fixing a form, posting a special, adding a section — is one request.
Essentials includes 2 requests a month. Growth and Enterprise are unlimited: send as many as you want. Growth runs one at a time, Enterprise runs up to three at once and jumps the queue.
If something takes longer than 30 minutes, we tell you before we start and quote it. You will never open an invoice and find a charge you didn't agree to. Full redesigns, custom development, logo and graphic design, and written content are builds, not requests — we quote those separately.

We do take clients outside the area. Everything except the in-person handshake works the same.
If your site is on Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify, we'd rebuild it as a static site rather than try to manage it in place. You get a faster site, nothing that can go stale or get hacked, your own domain, and one bill instead of a platform subscription stacked with add-ons. It comes onto a care plan like any other build.
The honest version: if you're genuinely happy where you are and it's doing what you need — a real online store with inventory and checkout on Shopify, especially — stay put. That's what those platforms are good at, and we'll tell you so instead of talking you into a move you don't need.
