Two to five pages: the build is $299 with a care plan or $599 on its own. Additional pages are $99 each with a plan, $149 each without. The Multipage Care Plan is $79/mo with 8 updates a month ($40 each after that), and the Priority Care Plan is $179/mo with 20 updates, priority turnaround, and a monthly report.

The plans are named by page count, but what actually differs is the number of updates — a one-page site can sit on the $79 or $179 plan if you want the bigger allowance.

Every build includes setting up your Google Business Profile: we claim it, submit it for verification, and optimize the listing. That's a one-time setup, not ongoing management — though on a plan, routine profile upkeep counts as updates. If your listing is already suspended or duplicated, appeals and reinstatement are quoted separately.

Builds include up to two rounds of revisions and are paid in full up front — no deposit split — with a full refund any time before your site goes live: if you don't like it, it doesn't launch and you don't pay. Plans bill monthly; there's no annual option and no contract on the plan itself. The one string attached is the build discount: it's earned off over 6 billing cycles, and cancelling early makes the unearned part due. The math is in the next answer down.

Hosting, your domain, and SSL are in every plan. There's no setup fee. That's the entire price list — nothing else appears on your invoice. An online store, booking or scheduling, multiple locations, or member logins get quoted separately, and we tell you the number before anything starts.

There's no contract on the plan and no notice period — cancel any month. The one thing that carries a string is the build discount: $99 instead of $299 for one page, $299 instead of $599 for two to five. It's earned off over 6 monthly billing cycles, and if you leave before the 6th completes the unearned part goes on your final invoice, prorated by how many cycles you've completed:

(standalone price − discounted price) × (6 − completed cycles) ÷ 6

From the 6th cycle on, cancelling costs nothing. The website and all its files are yours either way — we don't hold a site hostage. If you'd rather have no string at all, buy the build standalone at $299 or $599 and there's nothing to claw back.

No — you don't move anything yourself. Digital Maintenance rebuilds your site as a fast, hand-built static site (that's the build fee), hosts it, and points your domain at the new version. We handle all of it: we pull your current content, rebuild the site, and switch the domain over. You don't need to dig up old hosting logins or passwords — if they're long gone, we work around it.

Your website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network, served from whichever of their data centers is closest to whoever's loading it, which is a large part of why it loads as fast as it does. We hold the account and the bill, so there's no separate control panel and no second password to remember. If you ever leave, we hand you the files and help you point your domain wherever you want.

No — hosting is included in your care plan, so once you're on a plan you cancel that old hosting bill and stop paying twice. Small-business hosting typically runs $25–$40 a month — often for a control panel you never log into — plus a domain renewal you forgot about. That comes off your books the day we migrate.

Most updates on the 1-Page and Multipage Care Plans are done within two business days. On the Priority Care Plan your requests go to the front of the queue, and most are done within one business day. If your site is down, monitoring alerts us before you notice and we're on it immediately, any hour, on every plan. Not just the expensive one.

You get a phone number and an email address that reach a person, not a queue.

Domains carry history. If someone used your domain for spam or malware before you registered it, some security vendors can still have it on a list. When that happens, the filters built into internet providers and antivirus software can show a warning page instead of your site, or block it outright, for the people using them.

Uptime monitoring does not see this. The site is up. It is being filtered on the way to some of your visitors, which is why it can go on for weeks before anyone notices.

So we watch for it on every plan. Your domain is checked against the major security vendors and public blocklists every 6 hours. If a flag appears, we tell you what was flagged, by whom, and how to request a review from that vendor. We cannot control how fast a vendor acts on it. We can make sure you are not the last to know.

Cancel any month — there's no contract and no notice period on the plan. Text or email and say so; that's the whole process.

You leave with a full export of your site, your domain transferred into your own name, and every credential we hold. Holding a small business's website hostage is a scummy way to run a company.

The one string attached is the build discount. If you took the discounted build and leave before 6 billing cycles complete, the unearned part is due on your final invoice — the table two answers up shows exactly how much.

Yes — work is metered in 30-minute updates. Anything we can finish in half an hour — swapping a photo, updating your hours, fixing a form, posting a special, adding a section, replying to a review on your Google Business Profile — is one update.

The 1-Page Care Plan includes 4 a month, the Multipage Care Plan 8, and the Priority Care Plan 20. Need more in a given month? Additional updates are $25 each on the 1-page plan and $40 each on the other two — or move up a plan.

If something takes longer than 30 minutes, we tell you before we start and quote it. You will never open an invoice and find a charge you didn't agree to. Full redesigns, custom development, logo and graphic design, and written content are builds, not updates — we quote those separately.

We do take clients outside the area. Everything except the in-person handshake works the same.

If your site is on Wix, Squarespace, or Shopify, we'd rebuild it as a static site rather than try to manage it in place. You get a faster site, nothing that can go stale or get hacked, your own domain, and one bill instead of a platform subscription stacked with add-ons. It comes onto a care plan like any other build.

The honest version: if you're genuinely happy where you are and it's doing what you need — a real online store with inventory and checkout on Shopify, especially — stay put. That's what those platforms are good at, and we'll tell you so instead of talking you into a move you don't need.
